Dear Atlantians,
We are aware of some players who are having issues with disconnects, game freezing, and game crashing. We have a client side update that provides us with better game logs to help identify this problem. Our goal is to pinpoint these issues and find a solution to this problem as soon as possible.
In order to provide us with as much data as possible, please install this client side update and continue to play Atlantica Online as you normally would. If you encounter any problems, please submit a ticket with a description of what you were doing when it occurred, along with a log file.
How to get log files.
1) Go to Atlantica Online game folder. (Default location : C:\\nDoors\Atlantica)
2) Locate log file. (Default name: Atlantica.log)
3) Attach Atlantica.log to ticket submission.
