GAME MASTER (Full Time / Part Time)
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Responsible for resolving users' inquiries, disputes, complaints and ensuring user satisfaction
- Collects, investigates, processes, and documents various data regarding in-game issues, exploits and bugs
- Educates Users on existing GM support rules and Guidelines
- Acts as a liaison between users and various internal departments
- Provides technical support to end users on game and other game related issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous customer service experience and a commitment to superior customer satisfaction
- Team-oriented work attitude with an ability to work independently
- Able to deal with high stress
- Familiarity with PC gaming and MMORPGs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Open and flexible schedule including 3rd shifts and afternoon shifts
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, but supportive environment
- Requires strong attention to detail & follow through on User issues
