NDOORS INTERACTIVE, INC.,one of the fastest growing online game and entertainment companies, is currently seeking a highly energetic and reliable individual for the following position for its office in El Segundo, CA.
ASSISTANT PRODUCT MANAGER
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provides support and assists Producer in all areas of Product Management
- Assists in the day-to-day operations and production of online game titles
- Assists in providing direction and leads brainstorming of creative implementation of new game content
- Liaises with internal departments and external developers to improve services and products
- Works with the Marketing and Public Relations group Review and analyzes competitive Interactives massively multiplayer online game products and benchmark
- Works with the Game Operations groups in all areas including; Customer services, Localization, Scripts translation, Community Management, Event coordination, Quality assurance, and Etc.
- Works with the IT groups for Updates and Patch related issues and verity functionality of newly implemented contents
- Maintains knowledge of online and MMOG market trends and customer requirements for both the U.S. and foreign markets and reports periodically to the superiors
- Researches and provides feasibility testing and analysis, business forecasting and modeling of Online Game business and other related Services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT related Majors or equivalent industry experiences
- Must have passion for games, especially massively multi-player online games (MMOGs)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the PC and online game industry, particularly in product management, is recommended
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to establish cross-functional teamwork
- Working knowledge of the MS Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Professional and polished demeanor with excellent verbal and written and presentation design skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced but supportive environment
- Bilingual in English & Korean is a plus but not required
