NDOORS INTERACTIVE, INC.,one of the fastest growing online game and entertainment companies, is currently seeking a highly energetic and reliable individual for the following position for its office in El Segundo, CA.
STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Handles and assists day-to-day Accounting duties including but not limited to; A/P, A/R, journal entry, reconciliation of daily e-commerce transactions and billings, and etc.
- Responds to users’ billing related inquiries and ensures highest customer satisfaction
- Monitors chargeback and analyzes fraud patterns and recommends new preventive measures to fraud prevention scheme
- Reports to and assists upper managements in various corporate financial analysis report including budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Management, or other business related majors
- Must have at least 2+ yrs of related experiences in the fields including; Accounting, Business Administration and/or General Business Affairs
- Professional and polished demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees
- Able and willing to perform multi-tasks in fast paced work environment
- Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously with little supervision
- Working knowledge in QuickBooks Accountant Edition, Peachtree, or other Accounting program is required
- Excellent MS Office Suite skills with emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Bilingual in English/Korean is a plus but not required
