
Community Support Representatives (French)
NDOORS Europe is seeking Community Support Representatives (CSRs) for our strategic massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG), Atlantica Online.
The main responsibilities will include providing assistance to our users, improving the community and serving as a direct link between NDOORS Europe and its valued customers. CSRs will also be responsible for in-game customer support, as well as support on our website/forums.
The ideal candidate is an experienced customer service representative who takes initiative, understands conflict management, is self-motivated, and possesses excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience with Atlantica is a must.
We are looking to fill full-time, part-time and volunteer positions. Please note that full-time applicants must be able to live near and work at our operations center in Heidelberg, Germany. We are also accepting applications for GMs who support us part-time from home. The In-Game Support Department is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Please also note that applicants must be able to work additional (overtime) hours and weekends as needed.
Requirements:
· Fluent in both French and English· Excellent customer service, typing, spelling, and communication skills
· Must have a passion for Atlantica, as demonstrated by experience with the game
· Previous experience as a GM for an existing MMORPG preferred, but not required
