MMO PRODUCER

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations and production of online game titles
• Liaises with internal departments and external developers to improve services and products
• Provides direction and leads brainstorming of creative implementation of new game content
• Works with the Marketing and Public Relations group Review and analyzes competitive interactive massively multiplayer online game products and benchmark
• Manages and in charge of Game Operations group in all areas including; Monetization, Customer services, Localization, Community Management, Event coordination, Quality assurance, and Etc.
• Work with the IT groups for Updates and Patch related issues and verity functionality of newly implemented contents
• Works effectively with the IT groups for Updates and Patch related issues and verity functionality of newly implemented contents
• Maintains knowledge of online and MMOG market trends and customer requirements for both the U.S. and foreign markets and reports periodically to upper managements
• Researches and provides feasibility testing and analysis, business forecasting and modeling of Online Game business and other related Services

Position Qualifications:s:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT related Majors or equivalent industry experiences
• Must have passion for games, especially massively multi-player online games (MMOGs)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or in the PC online game industry is recommended but not required.
• Professional and polished demeanor with excellent verbal and written and presentation design skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to establish cross-functional teamwork
• Working knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced but supportive environment
• Willingness to work on an on-call basis when required
• Bilingual in English/Korean is a plus but not required
